Wand Vacuum Conveyor System – FVC

Filquip has developed a Wand Vacuum Conveyor System to vacuum transfer powders and granules from Bags and Trays up into a Discharge hopper to fill into processes as required.

The FVC wand vacuum conveyor can lift almost any powder or granule product from bags, trays or containers and conveys it up into its hopper head unit. The system then discharges the product from the head hopper into any process as required by the customer.

Many processes involve staff lifting heavy bags or drums of powder or granules into equipment.  This exposes them to physical injury through incorrect lifting techniques or just lifting things that are too heavy.  One of the easiest ways to mitigate this risk is to use vacuum conveying to lift the powder or granules up into the equipment.

Linear Pneumatic Vibrators – Lubrication Free

The K-Type Linear Piston Pneumatic Vibrator is light and compact while producing directional vibrations and are particularly efficient in compacting and detaching solids. They are available in 5 sizes.

  • Vibratory force (centrifugal force) output from 2.8Kg to 141Kg.
  • Vibration frequency adjusted by air pressure, 2 – 6 Bar.
  • Maintenance free design, comes with silencer and air nipple.
  • Compliant with ATEX EX II 2DG cT(x), suitable in explosive environments. Suitable for operating temperatures up to 200°C.

MagBase Magnetic Vibrator Mounting Bracket

The Filquip MagBase is a magnetic vibrator mounting bracket that allows the user to apply vibration from an OR100, OT36S, OT36, OT30, S36 or S30 Pneumatic Vibrator to any ferromagnetic metal (Iron, Steel, Cobalt, Nickel).

The Filquip MagBase magnetic vibrator mounting bracket is made from Stainless Steel 304 and uses strong rare earth magnets to hold the vibrators against the steel formwork, hopper walls, silos or bins requiring vibrating.

  • Great for testing the optimal position to mount a vibrator before permanent installation.
  • Ideal for moving around concrete moulds as they are easily detachable.
  • Heavy Duty build for operations where the magnetic vibrator setup will be constantly moved and the pneumatic connections need protection from being knocked.
  • Strong rare earth magnets hold the vibrator to the wall of the bin, hopper, silo or frame.
