Fertiliser SS316 Loading Bellows
Filquip has supplied & commission a new Stainless Steel 316 Torex BellowJet system for a client loading open trucks.
The difference? Night and day (see the photos of before and after). By moving away from traditional rubber drop socks to a system with integrated dust extraction, the facility has seen:
– A near full reduction visible dust during high-volume loading.
– Improved site safety and air quality.
– Reduced product waste and cleanup time.
The following specifications were included for the Loading Bellows:
- 0.55kW Winch Motor.
- Junction Box and Level Indicators for Control Feedback.
- Inner and Outer Bellows system with SS316 Drop Dones for Wear Resistance.
- Stroke of 3000mm (4830mm extended length, 1830mm retracted length).
- 300 m3/hr Throughput Capacity.
