VibBase Suction Vibrator Mounting Bracket
The VibBase Suction vibrator mounting bracket is available from Filquip. The VibBase is made from Stainless Steel 304 and uses strong vacuum suction cups with a compressed air suction generator that can be “switched” on or off allowing easy connection to or removal from holding the vibrator against the hopper walls, silos or bins requiring vibrating.
The VIbBase SUction handle along with the switchable on/off vacuum suction cups allows easy movement of vibrators around the steel, plastic or any non-porous structures being vibrated and also provides protection for the air fittings on the vibrator from being accidentally damaged. The unit runs on compressed air alone and does not require and electricity. Works on Steel, Stainless Steel, Plastic and many more hopper/silo materials.
The Oli range of Pneumatic vibrators are available for direct mounting to the VibBase Suction includes the K30 & K45 Hammer Vibrators and OR100, OT36S, OT36, OT30, S36 or S30 Vibrators.
