Polymer Dosing Systems
Since 1999 Filquip has been Designing, Fabricating, Installing and Commissioning Polymer Handling Equipment and Polymer Dosing Systems.
We have built new Polymer systems and upgrade older systems around Australia.
Our Polymer Storage and Dosing Systems can handle polymer from tanker truck delivery (into Silo) , Bulk Bag Handling (into storage bin) or from 20kg hand add bags (into bag splitter hopper). Polymer is then either loss in weight dosed or volumetrically dosed into a mixing tank (sometimes via a screw conveyor, wetting cone and eductor system or pneumatic conveyed, for sites where a vertical equipment stack is not possible/practical). From the mixing/maturation tanks the polymer is dosed to the required treatment location via a dosing pump skid.
