Concrete Vibrators from OLI that fit Wacker Mounts

Filquip is pleased to introduce the new OLI External Electric High Frequency Vibrators for formworks and moulds. This new design allows precast plants to use quick release mounts that suit both OLI and Wacker vibrators. Therefore existing Wacker Vibrators can be replaced with our OLI series without modifications to your existing formwork and cradles.

High frequency electric vibrators are used in construction sites and in precast manufacturing plants to obtain high-quality products (exposed concrete), with excellent aesthetic results and weather resistance. The vibration is transmitted to the concrete indirectly through formworks or mould.

The OLI external electric vibrators are characterised by high operating efficiency and ease of installation. Specifically designed cradles reduce the time required for installing and repositioning.

MagBase Magnetic Vibrator Mounting Bracket

The Filquip MagBase is a magnetic vibrator mounting bracket that allows the user to apply vibration from an OR100, OT36S, OT36, OT30, S36 or S30 Pneumatic Vibrator to any ferromagnetic metal (Iron, Steel, Cobalt, Nickel).

The Filquip MagBase magnetic vibrator mounting bracket is made from Stainless Steel 304 and uses strong rare earth magnets to hold the vibrators against the steel formwork, hopper walls, silos or bins requiring vibrating.

  • Great for testing the optimal position to mount a vibrator before permanent installation.
  • Ideal for moving around concrete moulds as they are easily detachable.
  • Heavy Duty build for operations where the magnetic vibrator setup will be constantly moved and the pneumatic connections need protection from being knocked.
  • Strong rare earth magnets hold the vibrator to the wall of the bin, hopper, silo or frame.

240V Electric Vibrators

OLI Vibrators now manufactures and distributes the Visam 240V electric vibrators product range. This has enabled Filquip to provide larger electric motovibrators in the sought-after single phase (240 volt) range.

Our 240 Volt vibrators have been produced with a centrifugal force range of 4 kg of 321 kg. While the Visam product offers four larger models with maximum centrifugal forces of 500kg, 800kg, 1000kg & 1350kg all with IP66 mechanical protection rating.
