Grain Truck Loading Bellows
Filquip has specified, supplied and commissioned a new set of Grain Loading Bellows to fill/load open trucks with grain from bulk storage silos.
The following specifications were included for the Loading Bellows:
- 0.55kW IECEX Winch Motor.
- IECEX Junction Box and IECEX Level Indicators for Control Feedback.
- Inner and Outer Bellows system (No drop cones).
- Stroke of 3000mm (4830mm extended length, 1830mm retracted length).
- 440 m3/hr Throughput Capacity.
These loading bellows have been supplied with IECEX electrical parts for all equipment located inside the hazardous area zone.
Fly Ash Tanker Loading Bellows
Filquip has specified, supplied, installed and commissioned a set of Fly Ash Loading Bellows to fill tanker trucks via Screw Conveyors from the electrostatic precipitator hoppers at a Power Plant.
The following specifications were included for the Loading Bellows:
- BellowJet Model with integrated Dust Collector in the Unit
- 0.55kW Winch Motor.
- Dual Level Indicators for Control Feedback.
- Inner and Outer Bellows system
- With anti-spillage closure cone that retracts to close the outlet after filling is completed
- 300 m3/hr Throughput Capacity.
The pairing of these loading bellows with the piggybacked screw conveyors allows the removal of fly ash from each hopper to all flow to the one tanker filling point.
Ship Hopper Loading Bellows
Filquip has specified and supplied a new set of Ship Hopper Loading Bellows to fill/load open trucks with many different products unloaded from the port into trucks.
The bellows supplied are Stainless Steel Contact Parts and IECEX rated for hazardous area dusts, the design brief for the bellows includes being able to load out Wheat, Chickpeas, Barley Malt, Barley Dust, Soymeal, Canola, Lupins, Faba Beans, Maize, Oats, Rye, Fertilisers (MAP, DAP, Urea, Super Phosphates), Potash, Magnetite, Gypsum and Soda Ash.
The following specifications were included for the Loading Bellows:
- Inner and Outer Bellows system with Stainless Steel 304 Drop Cones
- 0.55kW IECEX Winch Motor.
- IECEX Junction Box and IECEX Level Indicators for Control Feedback.
- Stroke of 3890mm (6090mm extended length, 2200mm retracted length).
- 440 m3/hr Throughput Capacity.
These loading bellows have been supplied with IECEX electrical parts for all equipment located inside the hazardous area zone.
Cement Tanker Loading Bellows
Filquip has specified, supplied, installed and commissioned a set of Cement Loading Bellows to fill tanker trucks with cement from a bulk storage silo.
The following specifications were included for the Loading Bellows:
- BellowJet Model with integrated Dust Collector in the Unit
- 0.55kW Winch Motor.
- Dual Level Indicators for Control Feedback.
- Inner and Outer Bellows system
- With anti-spillage closure cone that retracts to close the outlet after filling is completed
- Stroke of 2520mm (4360mm extended length, 1840mm retracted length).
- 440 m3/hr Throughput Capacity.
These loading bellows have been supplied with a control panel for operation and a pendant for the driver to use from the ground level or from access platform to fill his tanker truck
Lime Loading Bellows
Filquip has specified, supplied and commissioned 3 sets of Lime Loading Bellows to fill tanker trucks with lime from the bulk storage silos at the mine site.

- 0.55kW Winch Motor.
- Dual Level Indicators for Control Feedback.
- Inner and Outer Bellows system
- Stroke of 2520mm (4360mm extended length, 1840mm retracted length).
- 300 m3/hr Throughput Capacity.
These loading bellows have been supplied with a control panel for operation and a pendant for the driver to use from the ground level or from access platform to fill his tanker truck.
Soda Ash Loading Bellows
Filquip has specified and supplied a new set of Soda Ash Loading Bellows to fill/load open trucks at the shipping port.
The following specifications were included for the Loading Bellows:
- Inner and Outer Bellows system with Drop Cones
- 0.55kW Winch Motor.
- Junction Box and Dual Level Indicators for Control Feedback.
- Stroke of 3,510mm (5,670mm extended length, 2,160mm retracted length).
- 300 m3/hr Throughput Capacity each bellow set.
