Recently we supplied a set of 20 Rotary Valves to a Truck Trailer customer, each rotary valve had a volumetric feed rate of 20L/rev and runs at 30RPM for a 36m3/hr throughput rate into the conveying blow lines.

Filquip supplies Liquid Strainer Filter vessels in Polypropylene, Stainless Steel 304 and Stainless Steel 316. We stock SS304 units on the shelf in Brisbane with a 3mm Punched hole strainer basket.

Filquip FLFV liquid filter vessels separate the solids out of the process liquids through a strainer basket and if required an additional liquid filter bag for a finer filtration level.

Open Truck Dust Free Loading Bellow

We recently teamed up with our mechanical contractor partners to supply & commission a new Stainless Steel 316 Torex BellowJet system for a client loading open trucks.

The difference? Night and day (see the photos of before and after). By moving away from traditional rubber drop socks to a system with integrated dust extraction, the facility has seen:
– A near full reduction visible dust during high-volume loading.
– Improved site safety and air quality.
– Reduced product waste and cleanup time.

This isn’t just an equipment upgrade; it’s a transformation of the facility’s working environment. The integrated dust extraction loading bellow ensures that “open truck loading” no longer means “dusty site.”

Stainless Steel Laboratory Dust Extractor

Another successful dust control solution delivered! At Filquip, we and our partner engineering companies recently designed, supplied, and installed a high-performance 54m² Stainless Steel Dust Extractor for a Brisbane customer and their in-house laboratory. This system, featuring a stainless steel hopper and wheelie bin filler, ensures a clean and safe workspace by effectively capturing dust.


The project also included wall-mounted flexible suction arms and Speedlock ducting, tailored to the lab’s needs. While we can’t share photos of the suction arms due to confidentiality inside the Lab, we’re thrilled with the results and our client’s satisfaction!

The change over process involves the following steps:

  • Remove green bag and inner.
  • Cut holding frame off silo
  • Grind clean existing up-stand lip and straighten if needed.
  • Weld in conversion plate to Silotop (Available from Filquip).
  • Bolt Silotop onto flanged conversion plate.
  • Connect power (multi-voltage) and 12mm compressed air line item Silotop.

The Silotop Zero is a high efficiency self cleaning dust collector with high performance media.

  • Dust emissions less than 1mg/Nm3.
  • Simple to use with gas strut lid for access
  • 1m access height for easy maintenance operations

OLI Pneumatic Precast Concrete Vibrators

Filquip is a supplier of high speed pneumatic vibrators for precast concrete vibration.

These external pneumatic vibrators have no electrical components and are powered from compressed air alone. The compressed air spins the rotors inside the vibrator housing between 10,000 and 12,000 Vibrations per Minute.

  • Vibratory force (Centrifugal force) output from 720Kg to 6,118Kg.
  • Low frequency vibration for large aggregate concrete containing pebbles or gravel (10,000 Vibrations per Minute).
  • High frequency vibration for concrete with more fine granules such as cement and sand (20,000 Vibrations per Minute).
  • No electrical components, only air required.
  • Designed for quick bolting or coupling to formworks or moulds allowing simple and easy movement of the units.

PAC Vacuum Loaders

Filquip is a supplier of stocked PAC Vacuum Loaders and custom made PAC dosing systems. Our PAC Vacuum loaders are used to convey bags of PAC into a storage hopper or mixing tank. The system uses a suction wand which allows the staff to vacuum load the PAC without the risk physical injury through incorrect lifting techniques and being a vacuum system minimises dust.
