Since 1969 the Extrac divison of WAM has been designing and manufacturing many different configurations of bulk bag unloader, also called FIBC unloaders or De-baggers for all types of powders and granular materials. The addition of the new HFF series of models to the range have been designed for optimal high flow rate Bulk Bag Unloading. Bulk Bag Unloaders are sometimes known as Bulk Bag Decanters, FIBC unloaders or Bulka Bag Frames. Bulk Bag Unloaders offer a safe way to get the powders and granules out of bulk bags where personnel do not need to stand the bulk bag, the bulk bag is supported by a certified lifting cross and the bulk bag unloader frame.

Bulk Bag Unloader SBB.C – Half Frame
The Half Frame SBB.C Bulk Bag Unloader comes complete with a product storage/discharge hopper and cross lifting frame for holding the FIBC Bulk Bag into the discharged by forklift of overhead crane.

Bulk Bag Unloader SBB.S- Full Telescopic Frame
The Full Frame SBB.S Bulk Bag Unloader provides an effective solution to unloading bulk bags of product in an efficient manner. The Forklift or Crane loads the bag on the lifting cross into the telescopic rack which supports the bag while discharging.

Bulk Bag Unloader SBB.M – Full Monorail Frame and Crane Hoist
The Full Frame Monorail and Hoist Frame SBB.M Bulk Bag Unloader does not require the use of a forklift or overhead crane to load bags. The pendant controlled hoist and monorail make the loading and unloading of bags a simple task.

Bulk Bag Splitter Unloader 
Filquip supplies bulk bag splitting and unloading stations for cutting FIBC bulk bags that cannot be re-used or do not have bag necks.
The bag splitting system results in a quick bag emptying time and is an efficient way of quickly unloading bulk bags and transferring the product up into a bulk storage silo.
Mobile Bulk Bag Splitter and Unloader
Filquip has customer designed and fabricated a range of mobile bulk bag splitters with integrated screw conveyor to unload product.
Each mobile bulk bag unloading system comes with the following components:
- Hard wearing bag splitting knife.
- 1.1m3 Storage Hopper with Electric Vibrator for product flow.
- Modular Screw Conveyor (De-mountable for transport or storage).
- Local control panel, wired ready for use to the motors.
- Optional Extra: Winch operated bellow with inner and outer chute for dust control.
- Optional Extra: Integrated Dust Extractor with 2.2kw Fanset for dust control.
